Hi Tim, Kia Orana and greetings from myself and my grateful family.

Gratitude is one of the most important things in the world. In the words of John F. Kennedy, "We must find time to stop and thank the people who make a difference in our lives." However, sometimes it can be difficult to find the perfect words to express that gratitude.

Though Covid-19 had its restrictions and the difficulty it created around the passing of a my loved one. You came and made it effortless for me.

With all that you prepared, was not unnoticeable by my family, including myself.

Thank you so much for honouring my Mother Dawn. Thank you for the love and support. Thank you for caring.

How can we ever thank you enough for all you've done? We're forever grateful. "Every life is a story, thank you for being part of mine, my mothers, and my families story."

We value you, we value your professionalism, your communication and your sensitivity to our loss of our Queen. Thank you for stretching the boundaries and limits so we could have our Committal Family Service.

Meitaki Maata

From mine to yours, thank you.

Warmest Regards

Jay and Mia Tere

Thank you for the care you have provided for our Nan, there are no words to show or say how grateful we are, I know for Dad (Wayne) he found a lot of comfort in knowing she was entrusted to you. Both my parents have spoken beautiful words of the kind & beautiful soul that you are & were as a kid, so I find some peace in knowing this & have seen this myself over this past week & a bit of your beautiful ahua that surrounds you ❤️ So we thank you so very much!
